Vannak nyugodt és vannak “szőlészpróbáló” évjáratok. Számomra 2014 az utóbbi volt. Azonban egyetlen évjárat sem lehet olyan, melyben a leszüretelt Cabernet franc termésből ne születhetne csodálatos vörösbor. A bor Dédapám tiszteletére kapta a “Plein air” nevet, ha kíváncsi vagy az ő történetére, olvasd el a blogom.

There are calm vintages and then there are vintages that are „viticulturist challenging”. For me 2014 was just like this. But there is no such vintage, from which’s harvested Cabernet franc’s crop a marvelous red wine couldn’t be made. The wine „Plein air” is named in honor after my great-grandfather.
